HealNow Admin Dashboard
I led the end-to-end UX/UI design for HealNow, a medical management dashboard built for healthcare administrators. The project included 100+ screens, covering patient, therapist, session, and survey management. My focus was on simplifying complex workflows through research-driven design, a scalable design system, and usability testing to ensure real-world effectiveness.

What is it
HealNow is a large-scale medical management dashboard designed for healthcare administrators. The platform centralizes patient and therapist management, tracks sessions, manages survey questions, and provides reporting tools. With over 100 carefully crafted screens, HealNow offers a complete system for clinics to operate more efficiently.
Designed in November 2023, this project highlights my ability to handle end-to-end UX/UI design for complex, enterprise-level applications.

What are the challenges
The main challenges were:
Ensuring easy navigation across 100+ screens
Managing large volumes of data across patients, therapists, and sessions
Avoiding information overload in data-heavy dashboards
Creating a scalable system that works for small and large clinics alike
Meeting accessibility standards while keeping the design modern
The methods I followed
I followed a design thinking approach, but kept it practical and focused on solving real admin problems. My process was straightforward:
First, I researched how healthcare admins actually work and noted their pain points.
Then, I mapped out the information flow and organized it into structured modules (Patients, Therapists, Sessions, Surveys, Reports).
I built wireframes and prototypes to test ideas quickly, and gradually shaped them into high-fidelity designs.
Finally, I created a design system so the 100+ screens stayed consistent, scalable, and easy to manage.
Final design
The final UI combined clarity, accessibility, and scalability:
A clean dashboard with centralized navigation
Reusable components for faster development and future growth
Visual hierarchy that highlights critical tasks like scheduling, editing, and reporting
Modern, professional aesthetics suitable for healthcare environments
