Property Management App
Nidhi is a property management solution designed for property owners. I created the owner dashboard, owner mobile app, and a promotional website to help owners manage their properties, track rent, monitor expenses, and handle tenant requests with ease.
What is it
Nidhi gives property owners a centralized platform to:
Add and manage different property types (house, flat, shop, complex).
Track rent collection and send invoices.
Monitor expenses and financial records.
Receive and manage tenant repair requests.
The design ensures property management feels organized, transparent, and hassle-free.
How I think
I focused on the real challenges owners face daily, scattered records, missed rent, and lack of clear tenant communication. My design direction was to make everything simple, accessible, and mobile-friendly, while keeping dashboards powerful enough for financial oversight.
